This scene is taken from a photograph showing the view looking east from Barras Nose, a headland near Tintagel, Cornwall, England.
Barras Nose is close to Tintagel Castle, famous for its association with Arthurian legend. It was concern over the building of houses and hotels in and around Tintagel that led to the National Trust (only formed in 1895) getting its first section of the English coastline in 1897 by buying Barras Nose.
